Our Process

1

Book Your Session

Choose your service and session length, then select a date and time that works for you. You’ll have an opportunity to share any areas of concern or anything you’d like me to know before your appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed via email, please text your service address so I can plan for your visit.

2

I Travel to You

I arrive with everything needed for your session, including the massage table, table warmer, linens, speaker and supplies. All you need to provide is enough space for the table and for me to comfortably work around it.

3

Relax & Restore

Once I arrive and set up, we’ll take a few moments to check in about how you’re feeling, any areas of tension or discomfort, and what you’d like to focus on that day. I’ll then step away to give you privacy to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the table beneath the linens.

Throughout your massage, you’ll remain securely draped, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Your comfort, privacy, and boundaries are always respected, and your session will be thoughtfully tailored to your needs and preferences.

When we’re finished, I’ll step away again so you can dress privately. And because you’re already home, there’s no driving, parking, or rushing back into your day.

See FAQ, if you have additional questions around draping, what to wear, prenatal positioning, and what happens during an in-home appointment.
